i am gr8ful club is wholly online and accessible to club members using their personal username and password to login to the subscription. Members may from time to time be sent email updates and reminders of information that can be found via the website subscription service.
The information published on the website can only be downloaded and printed by the member for personal use only.
Online Payment Security
Subscribers to Lithos Therapy Pty Limited ("i am gr8ful club") may make online subscription payments using the provided third party supplier (Lithos Therapy takes funds from your nominated financial account for one calendar year's subscription or else automatically on a month by month basis for monthly subscribers) or credit card (you are charged for your subscription to i am gr8ful club for one calendar year or else on a monthly basis).
Monthly subscribers to i am gr8ful club will make regular monthly payments via their preferred mode of payment (direct debit or credit card). Monthly subscriptions will be renewed automatically unless subscribers request otherwise. Credit card details or bank account details of all subscribers are retained by Pal Pay which is the payment gateway used by Lithos Therapy Pty Limited to process payments. Renewal payments are triggered by Lithos Therapy Pty Limited and actioned by PayPal using these details. Lithos Therapy does not have access to these banking details at any time. Subscribers will be personally responsible for the security of their personal username and password, which gives access to personal details other than banking details such as name, address, telephone etc.
Subscription fees to i am gr8ful club are in US Dollars ($USD) only.
Credit Card Payments:
Annual subscribers to i am gr8ful club will pay the current annual subscription price in advance for the membership service. The subscribers credit card or direct debit details are retained by PayPal.
Lithos Therapy does not have access to these banking details at any time.
Your rights:
You may terminate your association with us by giving notice to us in writing.
Notice given to us should be received at least 5 business days prior to the due date of the next drawing.
Subscription and Membership Definitions
Annual Club Membership:
An annual subscription, also known as annual membership, is an agreement whereby the individual joins and has access to i am gr8ful club for a period of 12 months. From time to time there may be offers and or bonuses associated with joining on an annual basis. Lithos Therapy will not invoice the individual on a repeating annual basis, the individual needs to take action to confirm they wish to renew their annual membership.
Monthly Club Membership:
A monthly subscription also known as a monthly membership is an agreement whereby the individual joins, and has access to i am gr8ful club for a period of no less than 1 calendar month. From time to time there may be offers and or bonuses associated with joining on a monthly basis. Lithos Therapy will invoice the individual on a repeating monthly basis until the individual asks for it to stop. Lithos Therapy requires at least (5) business days prior to the monthly repeating invoice date to ensure that the individual isn't re-billed for the coming month. It is the sole responsibility of the monthly subscriber/member to ensure that there are sufficient funds available from the chosen payment method.
Lithos Therapy reserves the right to adjust the monthly membership fee from time to time with prior notice to all monthly members/subscribers.
Refund and Subscription Suspension Policy
Subscribers acknowledge that Lithos Therapy ("i am gr8ful club") has a "no refund" policy with respect to all i am gr8ful club subscriptions and memberships.
Monthly subscriptions are suspended, or cancelled, by virtue of non-payment. To re-activate a monthly subscription a new subscription must be started either within the same account as before or by starting a completely new account with a new email address.
Affiliate Commissions
Lithos Therapy will engage with third parties from time to time and provide mutually agreed commission or 'sign up fees' where the third parties bring in a new subscriber to the i am gr8ful club.

Further Terms and Conditions:
Agree that your name and email address shall when provided by you become the property of Lithos Therapy. You agree to the i am gr8ful club privacy policy contained on the website.
Consent to the receipt of emails from i am gr8ful club containing information about offers/events and bonuses available in which you might have an interest.
Acknowledge that these standard terms and conditions may be modified from time to time, and agree that you are responsible for regularly reviewing the standard terms and conditions and you agree to any such modification.
You declare that you are over 18 years of age, or that you are not 18 years of age and have parental consent for this subscription/membership.
The Affiliate Service Agreement
The Affiliate Service Agreement is made between Lithos Therapy Pty Limited and you, as an affiliate utilizing the iamgr8ful club Members Affiliate Program. In addition to the Terms and Conditions agreed to upon joining and the website's (www.iamgr8fulclub.com) privacy policy, as an Affiliate you must also agree to and abide by the following Terms and Conditions;

1. You may place our promotional banners anywhere on your website at your own discretion, or within non-spam emails.
2. We may email you from time to time concerning new website offers, products and or with new promotional banners/videos etc.
3. As a Members' Affiliate you can only have 1 account. Self referrals for affiliate or merchant accounts are strictly prohibited.
4. Any personal content posted by you in association of our website www.iamgr8fulclub.com is not to violate any of the following; privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. The following is a partial list of the kind of Personal Content that is illegal or prohibited by Lithos Therapy Pty Limited; any postings associated with or on our website(s) that contains material which is: offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, exploits persons under the age of 18, harasses or advocates harassment of another person; involves the transmission of 'junk mail' 'chain letters', or unsolicited mass mailing or 'spamming', promotes information that you know to be false or misleading, involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising or pyramid schemes.
6. You must use the Offered Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
7. To register as an Affiliate to our program you must be at least 18 years of age.
8. You will be paid commission at such time as your account balance is $50 or more. Lithos Therapy agrees to pay all registered Member Affiliates a 10% commission on any new member that joins the iamgr8fulclub using the Member's Affiliate Link while the cookie set by the link is still active, we term this a 'referral'. You understand that the payout amount may be changed at any time. Payments are made once every month on or about the 11th day of of that month, if your balance due is $50 or more for the previous months' transactions. Money accredited to your account does not accrue interest. In the event of a VOID by a merchant, we may recover from you the corresponding commission previously credited to your account, or deduct the amount from any current balance due. In the event that your account balance is less than the VOID commission, the VOID commission will be deducted against your future earnings. You will never be asked to send money to PAY PAL Affiliate Service.
9. Limitation of Liability: Lithos Therapy Pty Limited, iamgr8fulclub.com, PAY PAL Affiliate Service, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS OR MERCHANTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR (1.) ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PAY PAL Affiliate service or website www.iamgr8fulclub.com SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE www.iamgr8fulclub.com WEB SITE OR ANY OTHER HYERLINKED WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA, EVEN IF iamgr8ful Club or PAY PAL Affiliate Service REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR (2) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMMISSIONS OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE WEB SITE OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE. 10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Lithos Therapy, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to from arising out of your use of the Lithos Therapy Pty Limited, Iamgr8fulclub website and the offered services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Service or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
11. Solicitations and advertisements. Unless explicitly stated, Lithos Therapy Pty Limited does not endorse or otherwise take responsibility for any solicitation or advertisement that is found on the Members pages. All actions you take with regard to solicitations and advertisements are at your own risk.
12. Anti-Spam Policy Notice for www.iamgr8fulclub.com. We have a strict policy against spamming. We forbid the sending of unsolicited mass emails or unsolicited emails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our programs, products and services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and participation in our programs if we deem that you have violated this policy.
