What is “Enriching Visions”?
Enriching Visions is a video and audio program that has been designed to reprogram your subconscious mind. Enriching visions was created with most powerfully emotional visions, affirmations and music.
How do I access my Expert Enriching Visions?
After you purchase an Expert Enriching Visions, you'll automatically receive an email from PayPal to your PayPal Email Address. That email will have a link that you use to activate your account and receive access to your video. You'll first need to click that link and create your account on the iamgr8ful website.
To then access the Expert Enriching Visions you've purchased, log in to your account and go the Enriching Visions page at http://iamgr8ful.com/enriching_visions.php. Your Expert Enriching Visions will be visible in the list of available Enriching Visions.
What is the refund policy?
The i am gr8ful club and Lithos Therapy Pty Ltd is dedicated to client and member satisfaction. We offer high value digital products and services including advanced video technology, personal mentoring, co-host coaching videos, guest contributor videos, and learning resources at a reasonable and fair price.
Prospective members are given the opportunity to preview an Enriching Visions video for a week and numerous free coaching video sessions are available.
We provide these previews to demonstrate the value of what we offer and allow a potential client or member to experience the products and services without paying for the previews.
Our Enriching Visions Plus technology is made available as a digital download. Memberships in the i am gr8ful club which includes co-host and guest contributor videos are provided by online video sessions.
Due to the nature of digital downloads and online viewing of videos not being returnable, we do not refund monies paid for purchases of Enriching Visions or club membership.
Physical merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase and a full refund will be given if you are not satisfied and the merchandise is not damaged or worn. If the physical merchandise is damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt to inform us of the damage to your purchase while in transit. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We also offer one-on-one coaching, live events, teleseminars, and webinars to individuals and keynote speaking and trainings for organizations. Coaching sessions and live events are paid in advance and no refunds are available within 30 days of the scheduled session or event. Cancellations requested earlier than 30 days before a session or event can be granted a refund based upon the following schedule:

A credit towards a future session or event can be granted instead of a refund.
Engagements to speak or conduct trainings are to be paid as follows:
Within 14 days of days of booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is payable. Before the speaking or training event, 60% of agreed fees plus expenses are due within a week of the event. These fees are non-refundable. The remainder of the fee is due at the end of the training or speaking engagement.
There are no refunds for teleseminars or webinars provided as part of membership benefits.
Should I watch the full length (long version) Enriching Visions on Speed 1?
Played at its normal speed, the standard Enriching Visions is an hour-long video and you’re strongly encouraged to watch it for an hour each day for 100 days.
If you have access to Enriching Visions Plus, because your a Gold PLUS member, please watch your Enriching Visions on Speed 1 for at least the first 10 days. Speed it up as you progress.
When should I watch the shorter versions?
It’s important to watch the Enriching Visions video every day. If you are unable to watch the one hour version, you can watch whatever length video you have time for – you can watch for 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 5 minutes or less. The only difference is the speed at which you’re watching the video.
Why Can’t I Download the "Standard" Enriching Visions, available only to Club Members, to my computer?
We don’t offer a downloadable version of the current "STANDARD" Enriching Visions available to Club Members because we don’t own the copyright to all of the images contained in the video - this is UNIQUE to this 'show'... and does not have any effect on Enriching Visions PLUS. What does my Club membership give me access to?
Your membership to the i am gr8ful club gives you access to the groundbreaking, standard Enriching Visions video, unlimited access to the ongoing coaching video series on the website, and a number of different learning tools, resources and activities that are constantly being updated on the i am gr8ful website. How can I receive content updates?
Go to your Profile Settings (click the link near the top of each website page or click here), make sure the boxes next to “Receive Newsletters”, “Receive Daily Video”, and “Receive Daily SMS Affirmation” are all checked, then click “Update” at the bottom of that page.

How can I change my password?
Go to your Profile Settings (click the link near the top of each website page or click here), change your password at the bottom of that page, then click “Update”.
What is an affiliate?
An affiliate is someone who promotes the i am gr8ful club or one of our specific products (eg: An Expert Enriching Visions) to others by posting specially formatted links and banners on their website, or by sending non-spam emails to other people with specially formatted links to the iamgr8ful club. All affiliates must abide by the terms of the Affiliate Service Agreement.

How do I use the iPod app?
Click here to visit the iTunes store to download a free copy of the app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The first three chapters of the eflow book that make up the app are included in the free version. You can purchase the complete book from within the app for $9.99, or additional chapters for $0.99 each.
I can't log in
Try clicking the login button in the top right corner of the website. If the login button is not there, you are already logged in.

I can't see the videos
The best way to view the videos is with Safari or Google Chrome. Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera should also be able to view all the videos as long as you have the flash plugin available. If you don't have the flash player already installed, you can download it here.
How does the eflow version of the i am gr8ful for you book work?
The eFlowBook is a digital book that you can use to brighten your day by experiencing gratitude anytime and anywhere. You can also send it to your friends, family and loved ones. The eFlow book can be personalized by including your name or your recipient’s name. Each page is filled with beautiful photos, inspiring music and gratitude sentiments that will resonate with you and your loved ones.
You can also purchase a complete eFlowBook for yourself or a loved one. All proceeds go toward iamgr8ful’s philanthropic pool.

New exercises are added on a regular basis. You can view them at any time. We recommend viewing one new exercise weekly or monthly – whatever best fits your schedule, needs and goals. The exercises are created to provide great Thought Starters and Reminders to constantly improve your daily thoughts and actions.
How do I use the monthly coaching videos available to Club Members?
New coaching videos hosted by Kim and Kieron are added every month. They’re designed to help support your growth process, expose you to new ideas, thoughts and practices and to help you increase the speed of your life transformation. You can view them at any time. We recommend viewing one new exercise weekly or monthly – whatever best fits your schedule, needs and goals.
What are the guest contributor videos?
Our ever-expanding list of world class contributors will be updated and added to AT LEAST once per month. They serve to expose you to the continually expanding field of positive psychology, attraction, mindset, learning tools and life changing resources. You have access to more than 40 expert coaches and the list of experts and videos are growing every day.

How do I cancel or change my PayPal payments?
You can manage your subscription from your PayPal account. You own your PayPal account and we do not have access to it to make any changes.
Log into your PayPal account. Once there, visit your “history” and then you’ll see “subscriptions.” Here, you can change or cancel your iamgr8ful club membership. Your membership will stay active until the end of the period that is already paid for
Can I change the date my membership renews?
If you want to change the date your membership renews you’ll need to cancel your membership and create a new one on the date you prefer.
How do I change or update the credit/debit card that is being charged?
This depends upon how your PayPal account is configured. You can manage your subscription and accounts from your PayPal account.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

How often are new videos added?
New videos are being added all the time. Depending upon filming & editing schedules we sometimes add new videos every week and sometimes several in one week at the beginning or the end of the month.
There’s already a wealth of coaching content available for you to view. If you were to 'watch' one series of videos from one of our "Guest Contributing Coaches" per week - you'd have about one hour of viewing every week of the year.
What web browser should I be using?
Because different web browsers (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari) display web content in slightly different ways, we recommend that you use Chrome or Safari to ensure the best possible viewing experience.
What if I accidentally delete the link to a program I've purchased?
If you delete the email that contains the link to any Expert Enriching Visions (Single) you've purchased, simply log in to your account at http://iamgr8ful.com/enriching_visions.php and your program will be in the drop down list of available Enriching Visions.
What if I don't hear the audio on an Enriching Vision?
Check to make sure that the volume control on your computer is not muted, and that once you start watching the video the video player itself is not set to "mute." If you use external headphones or speakers with your computer (particularly if they're powered by batteries or are plugged into an electrical outlet), then make sure they are turned on and functioning properly.
Expert Enriching Visions - I've purchased one...
Our individual Enriching Visions (known as one of our Expert Enriching Visions in our Collection) is a product that is not available via Video - purely because the 'technology' is all about the "the little turtle & hare" . The other important aspect of our technology is about you being able to insert a photo of yourself... and your own affirmations... That's where the exponential power is... Therefore, these aspects of functionality can be provided only via our server - as it's very advanced and sophisticated... and is 'generated' by the technology that is housed within our website.
I get a Security Warning when downloading the i am gr8ful software program for Enriching Visions - why?
Just to let you know - When downloading the Application & installing it - if you get a severe “Security Warning”, that is normal – and you just bypass it… It’s a standard part of installing new applications or programs on your computer that it gets you to ‘confirm’ that you ‘know’ you’re downloading… It's certainly safe.
My internet speed is SLOW, what can I do?
Our empowerment tools and resources, such as our coaching via video or Enriching Visions, requires FAST INTERNET SPEEDS. If you have a 'slow connection speed' please be EXTRA patient.
My internet plan is 'small' and expensive, what can I do?
Our empowerment tools and resources, such as our coaching via video or Enriching Visions, requires that you have a reasonable allowance for downloads. Please be aware of this.
The average Expert Enriching Visions is approximately 50MB
The i am gr8ful Download Application for Enriching Visions Plus is approximately 25MB.

If there’s a problem with Downloading the Application Software – we would be pretty sure that your computer – somehow – has interrupted the ‘download’ process… PLEASE re-download and let us know if you’ve got the same problem. We suspect this because when Kim first tried to download this BETA VERSION on a computer from one of our team members – (it is a Windows laptop and it defaults to Google Chrome), the computer ‘had a problem’ and she had to re-download THREE (3) times… In the end there was SUCCESS!
Please note: Sometimes we do experience unexpected issues with our cutting-leading edge "beta" software. We really are 'out there' in terms of new and exciting adventures in the Online world with our content. As such we kindly request that you bear with us (we usually solve a 'bug' within 24 - 48 hours). Bugs do appear (especially when we are dealing with various different browsers in our environment) and often times we ask that you re-download, or re-load and do so about one or two days after seeing a glitch.
