Commission Earning Program Information and Application

Share the i am gr8ful programs, products, and services with others!

You can participate in a generous Commission Earning Program (CEP) when they refer others to the i am gr8ful website and its associated pages including but not limited to www.enrichingvisions.com and www.iamgr8fulclub.com Simply apply using the form below to be approved as a CEP participant and your referrals will be permanently linked to your CEP account whenever they opt into the i am gr8ful list or buy a product, program, or service offered by i am gr8ful by clicking through your unique CEP participant links. 

You will be contacted within 10 days after submitting your CEP participant application to confirm your approval and provide your links to use in marketing.

The amount of commission you earn will be calculated after deducting transaction fees. During specific promotions or special campaigns, you will receive a commission that is a defined percentage amount of the sale after transaction fees have been deducted.  The actual commission percentage for the specifc promotion or special campaign can be confirmed before you send the email copy with your affiliate link to your list.

Member CEP Participants

Member CEP Accounts earn 8% to 10% of the sales of products, memberships, and Enriching Visions Plus technology when the CEP participant refers people they know through their unique CEP link provided by i am gr8ful who have not been previously referred to by another CEP participant or who are already a subscriber of www.iam gr8ful.com.

Members must generate sales of at least $300 to earn commissions. Commissions are paid quarterly at the end of the month following the quarter once the amount earned is over $50. In the event that over the course of 12 months the accumulated commission does not equal $50 or more, the member will be paid the total amount due at the end of the following quarter. No member with a CEP account can self-refer and earn commissions on their own purchases.

Commission Percentage Earned by Member CEP Participants

$300 to $1000 in sales 8% 

$1001 to $2000 in sales 9% 

$2001 to $3000 in sales 10% 

$3000+ in sales* 20% to 35% can be earned when the sales from your referrals reaches $3000. See partner commission schedule below.

Partner CEP Participants

Partner CEP Accounts earn 20% to 35% on sales made to people on their list who have not been previously referred to by another CEP    participant or who are already a subscriber of i am gr8ful and 8% on any sales generated by anyone on their list who becomes an approved CEP member or CEP partner of i am gr8ful as a result of being first referred by the partner.

To be approved as a partner, you must have at least 5000 subscribers on your list. To earn commissions at the partner level, you must generate sales of least $3000 in a given quarter. When a partner generates less than $3000 in sales in a quarter, they are paid according to the member commission schedule.

Distributor CEP Participants

Distributor CEP Accounts earn 38% to 45% on sales made to people referred by their associates and on sales to people on their own list who are not coded to another CEP member, partner, or distributor of i am gr8ful or already a subscriber or client of the i am gr8ful club.

Distributors will be given a unique link to use in promoting to their own list and specific links to give to their associates. Distributors must provide their associates’ information in order to receive the unique link for sales made to people on their associate’s lists and so all sales attributable to the distributor can be tracked for commission purposes.

Distributors are people with a documented ability to market to over 500,000 people. 

I am gr8ful does not pay the associates of any distributor, rather all commissions are paid directly to the distributor. i am gr8ful encourages distributors to set up a similar CEP program for their associates as i am gr8ful has for their CEP members and partners based on sales volume, so the associate receives a comparable compensation as they would if they were a CEP member or partner of I am gr8ful.

If a distributor’s associate or client applies and is approved to be a CEP participant of i am gr8ful, the distributor will only receive 8% for any sales of products, programs, and memberships generated from the newly approved CEP member or partner’s list.

Royalties

Each Expert Enriching Visions Video created by i am gr8ful is the proprietary property of i am gr8ful. The investment in time and labor to create each video carries an expensive of approximately $25,000 to i am gr8ful. In honor of the experts whose work is featured within these Expert Enriching Visions (super videos), i am gr8ful will pay an annual royalty to each expert whose work is featured in the collection  when the collection is included in the sale and when the individual expert video is sold no matter who promotes it. These royalties are in addition to the CEP commissions an expert can generate by promoting individual videos, memberships, and Enriching Visions technology to their lists.

All experts who give i am gr8ful permission to create an Expert Enriching Visions video are eligible to earn royalties from individual Expert Enriching Visions Video sales, plus membership sales that include the collection and Enriching Visions Technology sales. i am gr8ful will pay a total of a percentage of value that the Expert Enriching Visions Collection contributes to the price paid by a client of i am gr8ful. The amount each expert receives will be calculated as shown below.

* If there are 10 experts at the time of the sale, each expert would receive 1/10 of the amount of royalties generated by each individual sale. The royalty money provides an additional source of revenue to each expert. As the number of Expert Enriching Visions videos increases in the collection, each expert will receive their share based on the total number of experts contributing to the collection. The actual amount of royalty received by an expert depends on the actual price paid for the membership that includes the expert collection.

The Commission Earning Program (CEP) Terms and Conditions

The Commission Earning Program (CEP) Agreement is made between Lithos Therapy Pty Limited and you, as a CEP participant utilizing the iamgr8ful club’s CEP. Lithos Therapy Pty Limited has the right to assign or transfer this and any other agreement it makes to a new business entity. In addition to the Terms and Conditions agreed to upon joining and the website's (www.iamgr8fulclub.com) privacy policy, as a CEP participant you must also agree to and abide by the following Terms and Conditions below. Please note that Lithos Therapy Pty Limited can make changes to the terms and conditions of this agreement and the privacy policy at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of all CEP participants and members to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

Sales will be credited as generated by a CEP participant when a person not already referred by someone else or already subscribed to the i am gr8ful club list clicks your unique link within an email or posted on your website. Once you are approved to participate in the CEP, you can receive a unique CEP link for each product you wish to promote for use in emails and on websites. Commissions are paid four times a year at the end of the month after the previous quarter ends.

Commissions are always paid to the first CEP participant whose promotion causes a person to opt into the i am gr8ful list or make their first purchase. Commissions paid on any future purchases that person makes will continue to go to the first CEP participant because the person’s name and email are permanently coded as being referred by the first CEP participant.

Commissions are earned for the sales of i am gr8ful club memberships, individual videos, and the Enriching Visions Plus technology. The CEP pays commissions based upon sales volume within a quarter. The type of CEP participant you are approved as depends on how many people you have on your list or can reach in the business channels you serve.

When a CEP participant refers others who purchase one-on-one coaching programs or refers i am gr8ful to speak at an events or conduct a training program in an organization, the CEP participant will receive 10% to 20% of the net revenue generated from the referral. The actual amount paid depends on the total amount of revenue generated by the referral.

Additional CEP Terms

1. You may place our promotional banners anywhere on your website at your own discretion, or within non-spam emails.

2. We may email you from time to time concerning new website offers, products and or with new promotional banners/videos etc.

3. As a CEP participant you can only have 1 account. Self-referrals for affiliate or merchant accounts are strictly prohibited.

4. Any personal content posted by you in association of our website www.iamgr8fulclub.com is not to violate any of the following; privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. The following is a partial list of the kind of Personal Content that is illegal or prohibited by Lithos Therapy Pty Limited; any postings associated with or on our website(s) that contains material which is: offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, exploits persons under the age of 18, harasses or advocates harassment of another person; involves the transmission of 'junk mail' 'chain letters', or unsolicited mass mailing or 'spamming', promotes information that you know to be false or misleading, involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising or pyramid schemes.

6. You must use the Offered Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

7. To register as a CEP participant to our program, you must be at least 18 years of age.

8. You will be paid commission at such time as your account balance is $50 or more for a given quarter. Lithos Therapy Pty Limited agrees to pay all CEP participants according to the commission schedule outlined above for the type of CEP participant you are approved as by using the CEP participant’s Link while the cookie set by the link is still active, we term this a 'referral'. You understand that the payout amount may be changed at any time. Payments are made once every quarter for the previous quarter by the end of the following month, if your balance due is $50 or more in commissions due for the previous quarter’s transactions. Money accredited to your account does not accrue interest. In the event of a VOID by a merchant, we may recover from you the corresponding commission previously credited to your account, or deduct the amount from any current balance due. In the event that your account balance is less than the VOID commission, the VOID commission will be deducted against your future earnings. You will never be asked to send money to PAY PAL Affiliate Service.

9. Lithos Therapy Pty Limited, iamgr8fulclub.com, PAY PAL Affiliate Service, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS OR MERCHANTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR (1.) ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PAY PAL Affiliate service or website www.iamgr8fulclub.com SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE www.iamgr8fulclub.com WEB SITE OR ANY OTHER HYERLINKED WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA, EVEN IF iamgr8ful Club or PAY PAL Affiliate Service REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR (2) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMMISSIONS OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE WEB SITE OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, Lithos Therapy Pty Limited, iamgr8ful club, and PAL PAY Affiliate Service'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE SMALLEST AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS PARAGRAPH WILL SURVIVE THE FAILURE OF ANY EXCLUSIVE OR LIMITED REMEDY.

10. You agree to indemnify and hold Lithos Therapy Pty Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to from arising out of your use of the Lithos Therapy Pty Limited, Iamgr8fulclub website and the offered services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Service or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

11. Unless explicitly stated, Lithos Therapy Pty Limited does not endorse or otherwise take responsibility for any solicitation or advertisement that is found on the Members pages. All actions you take with regard to solicitations and advertisements are at your own risk.

12. The i am gr8ful club has a strict policy against spamming. We forbid the sending of unsolicited mass emails or unsolicited emails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our programs, products and services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and participation in our programs if we deem that you have violated this policy.

13. Sales of i am gr8ful products, programs, and memberships by a CEP participant are strictly limited to visitors and clients of the CEP participant. You are not allowed to promote i am gr8ful on any pay-for-performance search engines or sites that charge to market, such as virtual malls, Google, and social media sites such as Facebook.

14. Promoting i am gr8ful to anyone who is not personally known or a current subscriber or client or a visitor to your website is not allowed without the permission of Lithos Therapy Pty Limited.

15. The testimonials posted on i am gr8ful’s website or within any marketing materials may not be used without our permission.

16. Any ad copy, banner, or buttons used by a CEP participant must be either provided or approved for marketing by Lithos Therapy Pty Limited.

17. Lithos Therapy Pty Limited reserves the right to terminate you as a CEP participant and modify or end this CEP program at any time at its own discretion.

18. Every CEP participant is responsible for its costs and expenses incurred to promote the I am gr8ful club. I am gr8ful club is responsible for its operating costs and expenses incurred as a business.

19. Nothing herein contained will be deemed to create a partnership or joint venture between a CEP participant and Lithos Therapy Pty Limited, and the intent is to create an independent relationship. Every CEP participant shall be responsible for the wages, benefits, hours and condition of employment of any of their employees and nothing herein contained is intended to imply that the CEP participant is an employee of Lithos Therapy Pty Limited.

20. The parties agree they will attempt to resolve every dispute or difference between them, arising under this Agreement, first by a meeting of parties attempting to confer and resolve the dispute in a good faith manner. If the parties cannot resolve their dispute after conferring, any party may require the other party to submit the matter to non-binding mediation in Mauritius, using the services of an impartial professional mediator.

21. In the event it becomes necessary for either party herein to seek legal means to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the non-prevailing party will be liable for all reasonable attorney, paralegal and law clerk fees and costs, court costs, sales or use taxes, travel expenses, deposition costs, expert witness expenses and fees and any other cost of whatever nature reasonably and necessarily incurred by the prevailing party as a necessary incident to the prosecution or defense of such action or proceeding, or in any post judgment or collection action or proceeding including fees and costs described above that are incurred in the attempt to recover the amounts due pursuant to this paragraph. In the event it becomes necessary for either party to institute, defend, appear or attend any bankruptcy proceedings as a result of the filing of bankruptcy proceedings by or against the other party, all fees and expenses describe above that are incurred shall be borne by such party and shall become an additional amount due or a set-off against the amounts due under the terms of this Agreement. If either party files a bankruptcy proceeding or has a bankruptcy proceeding filed against it, the other party shall be entitled to recover all fees  and expenses described above that are incurred in connection with any bankruptcy proceeding, hearing or trial. In the event of a voluntary or involuntary dismissal by or against one party of any actions or proceedings that have been commenced, the other party shall be deemed the prevailing party for purposes of this paragraph.

22. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. The parties hereto hereby voluntarily and knowingly waive any and all rights to a trial by jury in any action based hereon or arising hereunder.

23. The parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Mauritius, in any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The parties waive any other venue to which either party might be entitled by domicile or otherwise.

24. Each of the parties to this Agreement reserves the right to waive any of the conditions precedent to their respective obligations hereunder. No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be held to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. All remedies afforded in this Agreement shall be taken and construed as cumulative, in addition to every other remedy provided herein or by law. The failure of either party to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this Agreement, or to require at any time payments when due, or to exercise any option which is herein provided, or to require at any time performance by the other party of any of the provisions hereof, shall in no way be construed to be a waiver or create an estoppels to the enforcement of such provisions, nor in any way to affect the validity of this Agreement or any part thereof, or the right of either party to thereafter enforce each and every such provision or to seek relief as a result of the prior breach. Late payments may be accepted for one or any number of occasions without waiver of the right to require all subsequent payments to be made in a timely fashion without prior notice.

25. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable statute or law, it is to be considered omitted and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall in no way be affected.

26. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding between Lithos Therapy Pty Limited and the CEP participant and supersedes all prior representations, agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be altered except by a written document signed by both parties.
